Deliverables — the finished, client-facing assets

Everything below is a finished asset, built on our brand kit. If wording ever needs to change, tell Sagar so it's fixed at the source — copies you find elsewhere (like Google Drive) will get overwritten the next time these are rebuilt.

Everything is editable. Decks are PowerPoint files that open in Google Slides or Canva; documents are Word files that open in Google Docs or Canva. Where a finished PDF also exists (one-pagers, sample audit), the PDF is what a prospect receives — the editable file is for reviewing and updating.

The full Discovery Audit report a client actually receives isn't listed here — it's generated per client by our audit tool. The sample audit above shows what it looks like.

For whoever rebuilds these (Sagar / a design AI)

Every document above is generated from approved source markdown — the build designs it, it does not rewrite it:

# All editable .docx (pandoc ≥3.3 + the Signal document theme):
cd src-editable && ./build.sh

# PA17 kickoff deck:
cd PA17-kickoff-deck/src && npm i pptxgenjs && node deck.js

# PA06 deck / PA04 PDF one-pagers / PA09 PDF — unchanged, see each src/

⚠️ Before any of this reaches a client

Three gates: Nidhi signs off every compliance/capability claim · counsel reviews the contract pack · Sagar finalizes every price. None of those have happened yet — that's why everything is 🟪 rather than 🟩 (approved).

Specific items waiting on Nidhi's call:

  1. The sample audit's finding count. The write-up says "2 critical, 6 high, 3 medium", but the actual list of findings adds up to 2 critical, 7 high, 2 medium (the total of 11 is right — the split isn't). The built versions use the corrected numbers. The source document still needs the same fix.
  2. The "23 passing test suites" line. We couldn't verify where this number comes from, so it's been left off the deck. It'll go back in once someone can point to exactly what it's counting.
  3. The Advanced one-pager's "(roadmap)" labels. Several of those capabilities are actually built now, but removing a "(roadmap)" tag is a claim upgrade — that's Nidhi's call to make, not something we change on our own.

Also worth remembering: the logo is still waiting on a legal trademark check before it can be used publicly.
